Capping Machines
KISS offers a wide variety of capping equipment to secure most cap types onto a wide assortment of bottle types. Our capping machines utilize the latest technologies to achieve the highest speeds and most accurately capped bottles on the market. We manufacture three different styles of capping systems: Chuck Cappers, Spindle Cappers and Snap Cappers. Our capping machinery is available from a single head hand held chuck capper for low speed capping all the way up to a high speed 30 head rotary chuck capping system.
Automatic 6 Spindle Capper
The ASC-6 features and centrifugal bowl orientator and six spindles for automatically placing and capping screw and lug type closures. It can accomodate cap sizes from 10mm to 110mm with no modifications.

Automatic 8 Spindle Capper
The ASC-8 features a centrifugal bowl orientator and eight spindles for automatically placing and capping screw and lug type closures. Its extra set of spindles help it accurately cap deep well caps and specialty items that require higher torque. It can accomodate cap sizes from 10mm to 110mm with no modifications.

The ACT-8 is a heavy duty eight spindle capper featuring a elevator orientator for higher cap delivery speeds. It is specially designed rugged construation makes it the perfect choice for use with potentially hazardous materials. It can accomodate cap sizes of 10mm - 120mm.
