ROTARY KISS Packaging Rotary Chuck Capping units are based on a heavy duty S.S. Frame and Base. Using many of the same frame, container handling, and drive components as our Rotary Fillers, this capper is accurate and repeatable. This unit is capable of capping plastic and metal continuous thread and lug closures. Multiple orientation options ensures continuous capping operation and a touch screen control package offers all relative production data and set up assistance for production crews and supervisors. Click here for more information   AUTOMATIC KISS Packaging's Automatic Chuck Capper is ideal for high torque in line capping operations with production speeds up to 60 – 80 bottles per minute. Cap Elevator/Orientor, Centrifugal Bowl Orientation, or Vibratory Bowl Orientation is available. This capper utilizes a touch screen control package for easy set up and production output information. Star Wheel tooling allows quick container change over and positive container handling during the capping operation. Click here for more information SEMI AUTOMATIC KISS Packaging's Semi-Automatic Chuck Capper is best utilized for slow and medium speed capping operations and is capable of reaching speeds of up to 30 containers per minute. This stand alone unit can be mounted to an existing or new conveyor platform and requires an operator to hand place the closure onto the container. The containers are indexed through the work area and an adjustable “Smart” Electronic Torque control is used to determine final closure torque values.
