The Accutek Screw Pump Filling machine excels at handling thick Dense products such as grease, pastes, lotions, and heavy creams. The screw pump runs continuously, and a valve directs the product to the filler nozzle or back into the supply hopper. A unique servo-controlled container lift platform keeps the fill nozzle submerged just below the surface of the rising product to prevent air pockets in the fill.
