Description
AccuCapper™ HDEX is a “heavy duty”, portable, handheld cap tightener capable of tightening or removing screw and lug type closures. The Accucapper™ HDEX is suitable for all production environments and can torque closures with diameters up to 80mm to 110mm. Accucapper™ HDEX feature an adjustable clutch to ensure proper torque and eliminate the cap and decrease insert wear. Once the closure reaches the set torque value, the chuck will stop rotating, signaling the operator to move on to the next container. The Accucapper™ HDEX ships standard with a stand, overhead slide rail, and self-balancer which allows the Accucapper™ HDEX to be suspended neatly and weightlessly overhead, out of the way during case changes and reducing operator fatigue. Accucapper™ HDEX also ships with one Chuck and Insert (up to a Size #50).
