Description

The Accutek All Electric Servo Driven Filler (E-SPF) is a piston filler that accurately delivers a measured volume of product to each container. The accuracy of these machines ensures bottom line savings by reducing the amount of product that is used as overfill. The new Accutek servo driven filler is unique in that the piston stroke length can be precisely controlled from the machines touch screen controller. This is a huge advantage over pneumatically driven fillers with less precise mechanical stroke length adjustment. In addition, an expensive air compressor, air dryers, filters, maintenance and permitting are no longer required. If your product foams or splashes, Accutek’s servo technology permits the piston to be slowed or sped up at any point during the fill stroke using our colorful state of the art touch screen. The E-SPF piston fillers can be used as the center of your filling operation, an inexpensive backup machine, or an alternative to using contract packagers, eliminating the cost of downtime and expensive set up for small runs.

The E-SPF piston machines are ideal for filling pastes, creams, lotions, gels, and products that have large particulates or chunks, but can be used to fill thin products as well. Fill volumes are adjustable from 1/8 oz. to 1 gallon depending on the size of the product cylinder and piston.
